Hae Rang is graduating as a production designer. One day, all of a sudden, he learns that the mother wants to transfer and is selling the house where she lives too. The girl will have to get used to a new life, from an almost graduate student forced, however, to some part-time jobs.
Hae Rang lives with a great sense of reality but, like her friends, she cultivates dreams and desires. And the desire to be independent.
Graduation is the debut film of a promising Korean director who tells the story of the passage from adolescence to adulthood of an ordinary girl struggling with a new life.
